Summary

Having knocked Jack Wisp back, Rin and Koki suddenly grow self-conscious about the new outfits that came with amplifying Rin's gravity. Mai pushes Rin to start singing, though Rin keeps getting sidetracked, eager to hear what Koki thinks of her changed look. Once focused again, the pair force Jack Wisp into retreat and bury him under a tide of insects that swallows his whole body. The momentum fades when Vakappa steps in, shaping his liquid form into a wall that cuts the bugs off.

Red Baron compliments the girls as both powerful and lovely, yet notes he cannot get close because Rin's gravity field keeps growing. He directs Jack Wisp to aim his flames differently and tells Vakappa to study the battlefield more carefully. Jack Wisp whips up a strong gust with his fire, and Red Baron, slipping through the gravity using the wind and his smoke-like body, seizes Rin. He swaps positions with Vakappa to pin and submerge her while Jack Wisp grabs Koki. Red Baron then orders Koki to concede or watch Rin die. She gives in, and Jack Wisp produces a kozuka knife from his mouth, pressing it into her palm.
