Summary

Staring in confusion at the three Black Paladins, Rin and Koki dive for cover when one paladin opens fire with a sudden blast. As he keeps firing, another asks Red Baron whether the girls are worth fighting; Red Baron warns him not to underestimate them however weak they seem. To retaliate, Rin calls up Mai, who had been buried in a vampire novel up in Rin's room, and takes her idol form, using gravity control to shove the paladin back. Still adjusting, Rin urges Koki to switch on her Lord of the Flies. The pygmies build a piano so Koki can perform and send a cloud of flies at the paladin, but he burns them with gaseous fire and hurls the blazing remains at the girls. Scorched, Mai begs Rin to handle the flames. Rin explains her gravity work, weighing down the paladin's side while lifting their own, is accidentally pulling the fire toward them. She reverses the flow at Mai's suggestion, yet the flames don't respond. Just then the pygmies reveal Koki's power grows stronger merged with Rin's, and she relays it. As the fire closes in, the pair combine, gain new outfits, and beat the flames back with their swarm of insects.
