Okarun sprints Momo across Shono City to flee the Earthbound Spirit Crab, and she scalds it with onsen water, only for Turbo Granny to raise the town's possessed citizens against them.
Momo clings to Okarun's back as he taps Turbo Granny's cursed speed to flee the Earthbound Spirit Crab tearing after them through the streets, a chase invisible to everyone but the two of them. When Okarun warns that his running is nearly spent, Momo hatches a plan and tells him to lure the crab toward an onsen. Aware that crabs cannot withstand boiling water, she wrenches a pipe of scalding water down onto the spirit with her powers.
The scald slows the crab enough to buy the pair a window to slip out of Shono City. Their escape is cut off, however, when Turbo Granny and the crab rouse the spirits of a nearby cemetery, possessing ordinary citizens to box the two in. The action falls under the running game of Tag, with Okarun ferrying Momo, her hot water gambit, and the possession of the townsfolk as its beats.
Turbo Granny taunts the pair that neither she nor the earthbound spirit will let them leave Shono City. The chapter belongs to the Turbo Granny Arc within Volume 2 and was adapted into Episode 4 of the anime.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
