Deepa is a former Inner of the Kara organisation, a gleeful sociopath and self-styled gourmet who craves the taste of the God Tree's fruit above all else. His remade body lets him command carbon, hardening into a near-indestructible metallic shell that shrugs off nearly every attack thrown his way.
Pale and tall, Deepa cuts a lean but toned figure, crowned with cropped greyish-purple hair above orange-red eyes. The Roman numeral seven sits tattooed just under those eyes, and he colours his lips a soft blue. A black cloak lined in maroon drapes over him down to thigh-length shinobi sandals, and beneath it he wears a blue collared shirt that bares his midriff, a two-toned apron knotted at the waist, a full glove on the left arm, and a fingerless gauntlet on the right.
A remorseless sociopath, Deepa kills on a whim and needs no true reason to do so, thrilled by any fight that offers a genuine challenge. He treats those he hunts as prey beneath him, savouring their dread and even faking injury to dangle false hope before dropping the act to drink in their terror. A gourmet bent on sampling every flavour the world can offer, his depravity has tipped him into cannibalism, hungry to taste his foes' blood and flesh alike. Above all he longs to eat what the God Tree bears, which he judges the purest taste in existence, and when the artificial Tree burns he erupts in fury at Team 7 for stealing that chance.
He holds himself apart and shrugs off his allies' distrust, and his vanity runs so deep that to him nothing alive outshines the beauty of his carbon-hardened body, which he believes makes him untouchable. Secretive to the end, he kills anyone outside his circle who catches sight of his face, yet a warped honour code moves him to spare Omoi in trade for the Hashirama Cell's location, keeping that word while cutting down Kakui and Marui, who were never part of the bargain.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
Rebuilt by Amado as one of Kara's Inners, his body reworked using Scientific Ninja Tools plus a measure of Shibai Ōtsutsuki's DNA, Deepa fights as a monstrous, superhuman force with no visible weakness. He favours close quarters, moving with blinding speed and savage power, and his aim is keen enough to bury a thrown dinner knife in a bullseye without a glance. His signature gift is mastery over carbon: by rearranging the element bonded within him, his skin becomes dark, mirror-bright metal and his fingertips harden into talons, a form that laughs off lightning, blades, and even a Rasengan. He can just as easily shape loose carbon around him into swarms of crushing projectiles or press it into diamond-hard armour, though he admits that shell is not without flaws.
Sent during the Kara Actuation Arc to recover a stolen sample of Hashirama cells, Deepa leaves a trail of corpses, gutting looters and bar patrons alike for information. He crushes Omoi's squad of Kumo ninja, honours his deal to let Omoi live, and slaughters the others before tracking the sample to the Land of Haze, where he beats the Haze Quadruplets and claims the cell. A later hunt for a broken puppet sets him against Team 10 and Shinki, whose Iron Sand earns his respect; he defeats them, but the puppet is wrecked before it can be his. When Victor at last recreates the God Tree, Deepa faces Team 7 as they arrive, correcting Boruto that he wants only to savour the fruit's flavour, not devour it for power. His carbon skin repels every blow until Boruto's Compression Rasengan cracks it, driving him into his diamond armour. Watching the Tree wither steals his prize, and that lapse lets the genin land a combined Super Compression Rasengan that breaks his defence; buried in falling rubble, he dies mourning the taste he will never know. Afterwards Victor pins the failure on him with faked proof, and although Amado briefly revives his brain in a tank for questioning, Jigen has the head dissolved once its use has run out.

Deepa is killed by Team 7. Boruto's Compression Rasengan first cracks his carbon armor, and the genin then land a combined Super Compression Rasengan that shatters his defense, burying him in falling rubble.
No, Deepa is dead. After Team 7 destroys his carbon armor at the God Tree, he dies buried in rubble, and although Amado briefly revives his brain in a tank for questioning, Jigen has the head dissolved once its use has run out.
Deepa is rebuilt by the scientist Amado as one of Kara's Inners, his body reworked using Scientific Ninja Tools plus a measure of Shibai Otsutsuki's DNA. This gives him carbon control that hardens his skin into mirror-bright metal able to shrug off lightning, blades, and even a Rasengan.
Deepa held the rank of Inner within Kara, designated by the Roman numeral VII, which is tattooed under his eyes.
