Rabiyan is a living flying-carpet homie among the Big Mom Pirates, almost always found ferrying Charlotte Pudding wherever she needs to go. Born from Big Mom's Soru Soru no Mi, it reflects her crew's fairy-tale theme.
Rabiyan takes the form of a pink-plaid rug edged with a yellow band and a row of green triangles. A face occupies its surface, complete with round eyes, a red nose, and a broad mouth fixed in what usually reads as a grin.
Like so many of the homies across Big Mom's domain, Rabiyan constantly sings out the word for what it is, in this case "carpet," though it can also hold ordinary conversation. Its loyalty belongs to Charlotte Pudding, whom it carries from place to place, and it shares her moods so closely that it cackled along when she taunted Sanji.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Rabiyan first flew Pudding and Nitro to the former site of her cafe Caramel on Cacao Island, interrupting a standoff between local police and the pirates Luffy and Chopper. It later lounged on the floor playing with Carrot while Pudding spoke with the Sanji Retrieval Team, and it laughed itself silly as she rehearsed the faces she expected Sanji to make once she revealed her plan to kill him at the wedding. After the Whole Cake Chateau fell and Big Mom was struck by a cake-craving illness, Rabiyan carried Pudding to recruit Chiffon and then bore Pudding, Chiffon, and Sanji on their mission to bake a calming wedding cake, with Sanji tucked into the carpet's folds along the way.
The homie shuttled the group to Chocolat Town and later flew Pudding and Sanji to the Thousand Sunny so he could warn the crew that their meeting point was known, before returning them to Cacao Island to aid Luffy. When Pudding finally parted from Sanji and sat weeping in an alley, Rabiyan and Nitro stayed at her side. Its name, romanized as "Rabian" in the magazine printing before Oda revised it, likely alludes to the magic carpet of The Arabian Nights.
