Summary

Summoned arms born from Muzan's curse tear Susamaru apart, leaving the onlookers stunned. Tamayo explains that demons can normally only be destroyed by sunlight or a Nichirin Sword, yet Muzan alone can undo his own kind. Yushiro covers Tanjiro's face to keep him from inhaling Tamayo's Blood Demon Art, which harms humans.

Examining the remains, Tamayo notes that neither Susamaru nor Yahaba was a true member of the Twelve Kizuki, since they lacked a numeral in the eye. As the body crumbles in the rising sun, Tanjiro reflects on how Susamaru was used and discarded by the very figure she revered, and he places the blame squarely on Muzan.

Below ground, Nezuko embraces the demons as if they were her own family, moving Tamayo to tears. Tamayo offers to let Nezuko live safely with her, but Tanjiro gently declines, preferring never to be parted from his sister again. As the siblings travel on, a Kasugai Crow drives them toward a commotion: a young man loudly begging a girl to marry him.
