Ganma Asui is Bell Asui's husband and father to Tsuyu, Samidare and Satsuki. Work takes him and his wife away from home often enough that their eldest has long been the one minding her younger siblings. His toad head makes him the most amphibian-looking member of a very amphibian family.
A brown toad's head sits on Ganma's shoulders, which makes him the most amphibian-looking of the Asuis by some distance. He is middle-aged, tall and stocky, with black eyes and black hair cropped short. His clothes are unremarkable by comparison: a plain business suit and a tie dotted with blue, which the anime finishes with a small green frog clip.
Very little has been established. What there is points toward the caring demeanor of a stereotypically good father. His given name can be read as stubborn horse, which may hint at an obstinate streak.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Ganma met Bell at some point, married her and had three children with her. Because their jobs take the two of them away frequently, the care of Samidare and Satsuki has fallen largely to the eldest, Tsuyu.
The chaos following the Paranormal Liberation War tears society apart and drives the family into an evacuation center, while Tsuyu leaves to fight beside the heroes when the Final War breaks out against All For One's army of villains. From the shelter the Asuis watch the broadcast of the fighting, and the final clash between Izuku Midoriya and Tomura Shigaraki in particular. They stare in astonishment as Tsuyu and Mezo Shoji carve Izuku a path through the villain's barrage of attacks, her younger siblings cheering her the whole time.
Tsuyu Asui's mother is Bell Asui, the wife of Ganma Asui. Ganma and Bell have three children together: their eldest daughter Tsuyu, a son named Samidare, and a younger daughter named Satsuki.
Ganma Asui has an unnamed Toad Quirk that gives him a brown toad's head, making him the most amphibian looking member of the Asui family.
Ganma Asui and his wife Bell have three children: eldest daughter Tsuyu, son Samidare, and younger daughter Satsuki. Because both parents work often, Tsuyu has long been the one minding her younger siblings.
During the chaos of the Paranormal Liberation War, Ganma Asui and his family were driven into an evacuation center. When the Final War broke out, his daughter Tsuyu left to fight alongside the heroes, and the family watched her battle against Tomura Shigaraki's forces on a broadcast from the shelter.
Little is shown of Ganma Asui's personality beyond a caring, fatherly demeanor. His given name can be read as stubborn horse, which may hint at an obstinate streak.
