Swordkil

Faded pink hair reaches his shoulders and flares out to either side, with shorter bangs hanging around and between his eyes. Dark purplish-pink markings, curved and linear, trace beneath those eyes and run down one cheek. The eyes themselves are thin and honey-coloured, set in a long, lightly tanned face belonging to a man in middle age.

Working, he matches the crew: a black combat suit sealed with a mask over the entire face, an X in a lighter shade laid across the front of it.

Devotion to Wolfram is his one constant. Otherwise he is pure mercenary, fast to threaten, disinclined to leave anyone alive, and openly disgusted by people who pretend at heroism. Pride runs deep enough that condescension is intolerable, and while he resents instructions from anyone but his boss, he hands them out to the other minions freely.

Pride also blinds him. He put a blade to David Shield during a stretch where he was supposed to be feigning villainy, and it ruins him in the end: stopping to gloat at Melissa left Izuku Midoriya the opening to knock him cold.

He infiltrates I-Island with Wolfram's men. Once things begin, they bind the guards, take the Central Tower's control room, and follow orders to aim the island's security at residents, tourists and the Pro Heroes visiting.

With the I-Expo reception broken up, Swordkil marches David Shield and Samuel Abraham, the professor's assistant, into the control room, activates his Quirk and rests a blade at David's throat, ordering him to move faster and produce what they came for. News arrives that students are climbing the tower. Countermeasure after countermeasure fails to stop the ascent while Swordkil and another minion track their progress. Once Izuku and Melissa clear the top floor, Wolfram sends him to finish them.

The ambush lands. Swordkil catches Izuku unaware and knocks him off the roof, then swats Melissa aside when she intervenes to stop him killing the boy. Then he pauses to boast, which returns Izuku enough time to reach him and end the fight with one devastating hit.

His overall capability was never spelled out, but Wolfram's decision to make him right hand and give him authority over the crew speaks for itself. Only the goggled hacker outranks him, the man who cracked the island's security and one of just two crew guaranteed a seat on the escape helicopter. Swordkil marshals people well and improvises workable plans fast, the ambush that dropped Izuku off a ledge being the clearest proof, though vanity and poor leadership expose him against groups. He handles the blades in both hands skilfully enough to trouble a typical pro, yet the output Izuku drew from higher One For All percentages through the Full Gauntlet simply overwhelmed that skill.

The Quirk itself, unnamed, sheathes his forearms in collapsible blades shaped like cones, and it does so instantly, arming him without warning.
