Key Events

When Boruto and Shinki catch sight of the blast from Kankurō's stand, Boruto wants to turn back, but Shinki argues that Suna shinobi will give up anything, even their own lives, for one another. Their clash of values is broken by Shukaku, who tells Boruto that Shinki once resembled Gaara before Naruto taught Gaara to fight for others rather than out of hatred, which moves Boruto to go check on Kankurō. Elsewhere, Temari and Shikadai learn from Yodo and Araya that Urashiki banished Sasuke to another dimension while hunting Shukaku, and Temari orders the escort of Gaara to press on. Reuniting with Boruto, Temari warns him not to let feeling cloud the mission, and the group heads off to find Kankurō even as Shinki is pulled into a fresh battle and Urashiki tears free of the seal binding him, a shift Gaara can sense.
