A band of young Kirigakure ninja who claim the legacy of the legendary Mist swordsmen. Founded by Shizuma Hoshigaki, they scheme to topple the Sixth Mizukage and drag the village back into its brutal Bloody Mist past.
The New Seven Ninja Swordsmen present themselves as heirs to the original Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. Shizuma Hoshigaki assembles the group with a clear political aim: to stage a coup within Kirigakure, remove the Sixth Mizukage from power, and install Kagura Karatachi in his place, all while restoring the village to the violent era known as the Bloody Mist. Their coats bear a shared emblem of one large blade ringed by six smaller ones, and like the swordsmen who inspired them, every member sports sharpened teeth.
Shizuma builds his movement by winning backing from figures tied to the Water Daimyō. Once Kagura secures the key to the vault holding the Seven Mist Blades, the group corners him at the Kirigakure Academy, where Shizuma pressures him into joining and uses the key to open the vault. Each member arms himself with one of the legendary swords, and they aim to launch their uprising by wrecking Kiri's Memorial Park. Boruto Uzumaki, backed by Sarada Uchiha and Chōjūrō, stops them before the rebellion can truly start, and the whole affair is dismissed as little more than a childish scuffle. The founding members are sent to a correction centre for rehabilitation. Shizuma later breaks out with help from Hassaku and Ichirōta and is moved elsewhere, while the remaining members regroup under Kagura once the Funato clan wages war on Kirigakure, lured by promises of shortened sentences. The efforts of Buntan, Kyohō, and Hebiichigo in ending that war win them their freedom, though the victory costs the lives of Kagura and Hebiichigo. Afterward, Kyohō stays behind at Kagura's childhood home to guard the village while Buntan heads back to Kiri.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
Shizuma Hoshigaki founds the group and drives its original plot, while Kagura Karatachi is meant to be its figurehead and later leads its reassembled form. Buntan, Kyohō, and Hebiichigo become central to the group's second chapter against the Funato, and Hassaku and Ichirōta aid Shizuma's escape. Most members carry surnames drawn from types of produce, a callback to the original swordsmen, though Buntan, daughter of Raiga Kurosuki, breaks that pattern. Shizuma, Hebiichigo, and Buntan Kurosuki also feature in the Naruto Mobile game.
