Her career spanned legendary studios including CINSA, widely recognized as the best dubbing studio in Mexican history, followed by positions at Telespeciales, Producciones Salgado, Intertrack, and Auditel. Beyond Dragon Ball, she directed dubs for Sailor Moon, Sakura Card Captors, Digimon Adventure, and Slam Dunk, making her a cornerstone of 1990s anime localization. As an actress, Rocha voiced Miss Piggy in the Muppets, Melody Valentine in Josie and the Pussycats, and dubbed major actresses including Jane Fonda, Julie Christie, and Shelley Winters. She retired from Auditel in 2012 and passed away in January 2026 at age 94.
