Green Day and Oasis, Part 2 stands as Golden Wind's thirty-first episode and the 144th across the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime. Giorno climbs a Rome tower to face the self-dismembering surgeon Cioccolata, while Bucciarati retreats to the streets to outlast Secco.
With Cioccolata's helicopter pinned atop the tower, Giorno and Mista race up to face him while Bucciarati is left to Secco. Still seething over the earlier trick, Secco hurls insults that Bucciarati bothers to correct, then finds himself outsped when he strikes: Sticky Fingers is too slow, and a kick lands on Bucciarati's chin. Recognizing that Secco outmatches his Stand, Bucciarati slices free a slab of concrete and drops to the streets below, where the mold cannot touch him and Secco resolves to simply pound him apart with Oasis.
Above, Mista fires five shots into the seemingly empty helicopter with Sex Pistols. As No.1 orders a search of the cabin, the Pistols are struck down one after another, gutting Mista as he loses them. Giorno climbs up to take on Cioccolata himself, sending No.5 along on a spare bullet. Touching the hull, Giorno feels life within but cannot pin its spot; a punch from Gold Experience sprouts trees across the aircraft, yet the doctor is nowhere. Through the front glass he glimpses bloodied surgical tools and sees the mold's ruin creeping toward the Colosseum. When he reaches for a battered No.1, Cioccolata strikes, and Gold Experience's block reveals him to be little more than a one-armed torso. He carves himself apart to slip away, explaining that his surgeon's skill lets him dismember his body precisely while Green Day's mold moves the pieces and stops the bleeding.
After a severed arm nearly flings Giorno off the helicopter, Cioccolata stitches himself whole and has Green Day knock the young gangster into the air. No.5 boots one of Mista's bullets through Giorno's palm just in time, growing a branch that catches him, but Cioccolata tips the craft forward so the mold devours it. As Giorno falls with rot spreading over him and the doctor leans out to savor the sight, Giorno boots a piece of the branch into the rotor, where it reverts to a bullet and tears through Cioccolata's skull.
The surgeon slumps onto the tree below, apparently finished, while Giorno drags himself onto the roof. Distrusting the stillness, Giorno openly predicts the escape and offers a false mercy if his enemy holds still; met with silence, he climbs up, and Cioccolata springs awake, boasting that a detached arm is already strangling Mista. Just as he moves to kill the gunman, a stag beetle erupts from his head. Giorno reveals he was stalling not for Cioccolata's sake but to let Gold Experience finish reshaping the bullet lodged in his brain, which had gnawed its way through. When the dying doctor pleads for the promised mercy, Giorno coldly admits the offer was a lie, and Gold Experience beats him relentlessly into a passing garbage truck that grinds him to death. Spotting a phone afterward, Giorno realizes Cioccolata has already reached out to his pet.
Bucciarati retreats to the streets after finding Secco faster than Sticky Fingers, planning to fight where the mold is useless.
Cioccolata cripples Sex Pistols and reveals he can self-dismember using Green Day's mold.
Giorno redirects a bullet into the rotor to shoot Cioccolata, then lets a bullet-beetle destroy his brain.
Giorno finishes Cioccolata with a merciless beating into a garbage truck and realizes Secco has been contacted.

English versions title it Green Tea and Sanctuary, Part 2. The tower where Giorno and Cioccolata clash is modeled on Rome's Torre delle Milizie, and the adaptation masks much of the self-mutilation gore with Green Day's mold. Its opening theme is Uragirimono no Requiem.
Bruno Bucciarati retreats to the streets after finding that Secco is faster than his Sticky Fingers in a direct fight, planning instead to battle where Cioccolata's mold cannot touch his corpselike body.
Cioccolata reveals he can dismember his own body with a surgeon's precision while his Stand Green Day's mold moves the severed pieces and stops the bleeding, letting him escape attacks that should kill him.
Giorno kicks a branch containing one of Mista's bullets into the helicopter's rotor, sending it through Cioccolata's skull, then stalls for time so Gold Experience can reshape the bullet inside his brain into a stag beetle that destroys it, before beating him to death in a passing garbage truck.
Cioccolata strikes down Mista's Sex Pistols one by one inside the helicopter cabin, badly wounding Mista as he loses control of them.
