Appearance

Topping him is a tall cylindrical cap with cloth trailing behind it, worn over something between a stage magician's costume and a monk's, the cloak dark and dishevelled over pale garments, bracelets at each wrist.

Beneath sits an old man, thin, deeply lined, lost in a heavy white beard, bleeding steadily from the nose. No pupils interrupt his eyes, which are blank throughout, and that alone sells him as a prophet.

Personality

Stability is not among his qualities. He carries himself as an apocalyptic herald, insisting the stars have conspired against mankind and that society stands ready to be swallowed, his speech cryptic and crowded with shadow and deliverance.

Street sermons apparently came first, and the creed later hardened until he decided the ruin's root was his to destroy, which turns him loose on innocent people while he hunts the dark lord's herald. Beaten, he concludes the top-ranked hero is himself the shadow he keeps seeing. Unhinged though he is, he will not charge someone stronger; outmatched, he declines the straight fight and walks enemies into traps his followers prepare.

History

Dabi turns him loose to make noise, hoping to pull Endeavor into the open. Drifting above the streets on his orbs, the preacher announces that revelation has shown him a world about to fall and that he alone will destroy the cause. Passers-by treat him as a nuisance. He then pulls glass from office windows to assemble Enlightened Fallen King, apparently to force the darkness into showing its face.

Flashfire Fist breaks the sphere apart. The chase runs into an alley where three minions wait, but Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo and Hawks put them down before the trap closes, leaving Endeavor to take the preacher. As police collect him, Starservant insists the hero is the very root he had warned about; they ignore him and lead him off.

Control Glass lets him command and reform glass in bulk, shifting it between solid and liquid either way. Orbs are his preference, hurled at enemies or ridden through the air, and Enlightened Fallen King simply scales that up into a colossal sphere drawn from surrounding buildings.
