What little the story shows suggests an anxious, cornered man. He works up the nerve to confront Titan directly, asking what he and his neighbors ever did to deserve trouble, yet he visibly sweats and grows uneasy the moment Titan steps toward him.
History
Kevin shares his building with Rose and several other families, none of them aware that their landlord, Machine Head, means to torch the property to collect insurance money. When Titan turns up, Kevin challenges him over the threat to their homes, and Rose steps in to steer Kevin away from the confrontation. Rather than harm them, Titan points the tenants toward a spot on Third and Parklake, promising to house them for a few weeks and hand over some cash.
