Todd Williams

Todd is a teenage student at Reginald Vel Johnson High School, physically confident enough to overpower Mark Grayson in a fight during the days before Mark's abilities emerged.

Todd is a loud, aggressive bully whose bravado barely covers a fragile ego, and he insists to classmates that he is not the jerk everyone takes him for. He talks himself into believing Amber returns his feelings and lashes out when rejected, yet he folds quickly under pressure, apologizing and running errands once Amber holds embarrassing photos over him.

Little is recorded of Todd's early life beyond the death of his father. Convinced by a rumor that Amber loved him, he was turned down and reacted by insulting her; when Mark stepped in, Todd beat him down until Amber dropped him with a kick to the groin. Humiliated, he came back the next day to fight Mark again, but his punches now landed with no effect, and he stormed off calling Mark a freak.

He later approached Mark under the pretense of more bullying, when he was actually there to apologize and hand over Amber's number, coerced by her threat to release embarrassing photos. In a final appearance he startled everyone by offering Mark sincere condolences over his father's supposed death.
