A light-skinned man, Isotope keeps his green hair swept back and wears a goatee. His outfit is a violet business suit over a black shirt bearing a single white I, the initial that stands for his codename.

For Isotope, loyalty is purely a transaction. He clings to whoever holds the greatest power at the moment and drops that bond the second survival calls for it. He never had a proper education, yet he navigates the criminal world with cunning and puts staying alive above all, which is why he abandoned Machine Head for Titan, then flipped on Titan and slunk back to Machine Head once Mister Liu grew too dangerous. Give him a boss to shelter behind and he will sell out anyone.

An ordinary man until an accident handed him superhuman power, Isotope fell into crime and rose to become Machine Head's top lieutenant, warping the boss to wherever he needed to go, the Popsicle Palace included, and complaining endlessly after taking a bullet on one job. When Titan brought Invincible in to topple Machine Head, Isotope rounded up a roster of heavy hitters, Furnace, Tether Tyrant, Magmaniac, Battle Beast, and Kursk, to shield his employer, then quietly vanished mid-fight. The exit was planned: he had been secretly siding with Titan the whole time, and he helped him claim Machine Head's penthouse along with his role as the city's crime lord. Afterward, with Mister Liu and The Order pressing in, Isotope pushed for guile over force and endorsed freeing Multi-Paul from Payton Penitentiary. Once Liu got too near Titan's daughter, the two struck a bargain with Machine Head to kill him for good; the plan worked, Liu was reported dead, Machine Head took The Order, and he and Titan held onto Chicago. His hallmark trick is teleportation, spinning green rings from his hands to shift himself and others anywhere he likes.
