Titan is a supporting antagonist of Invincible, a rock-skinned enforcer turned Chicago crime lord. Once bound by debt to Machine Head, he allied with Invincible to topple his boss, then seized the criminal empire for himself and reshaped the city into a safer place for its poorest residents.
Out of his powered state, Titan is a tall, heavily muscled Black man with a shaved head. Before his rise he favored a gray hoodie, dark sweatpants, and Timberland boots; once he ran his own organization he switched to a sharply tailored black tuxedo with a gray tie.
When he calls on his power he tends to strip off his shirt as his skin hardens into rock, his face smoothing over into a featureless surface that never dulls his sight, speech, or hearing. His clothing, however, stays untouched by the change.
For all that he runs a criminal empire, Titan holds to a personal code that sets him apart from Machine Head. He kills only when he must and readily helps people in need, and he carries real respect for allies like Invincible, worrying over the hero's grave wounds during the fight with Machine Head's forces.
His family and the people of Chicago sit at the center of everything he does, and he wants above all to raise their standard of living. Ambition beyond that holds little appeal for him, and he shows no interest in The Order or its worldwide rackets.
Titan can reshape his body's surface into solid rock, face included, without losing any of his senses, though his clothes never change with him. In that state his strength soars far past a normal human's, enough to snap a neck with a thumb or leap great distances, and his stony hide shrugs off most gunfire and heavy pressure.
He endures pain well, keeps fighting through punishment, moves quickly despite his mass, and rapidly regenerates any damage to his rock form. Beyond the powers he is a capable street fighter and a shrewd tactician, sharp enough to outmaneuver both Machine Head and the leadership of The Order by letting them underestimate him.
