Black Hole

Black Hole is the medium-range Emitter Quirk belonging to Anan Kurose, the Pro Hero Thirteen. It debuts in Chapter 13 and reaches the anime in Episode 10. The power is formidable enough that its owner spends most of her effort deciding when not to fire it.

Small black holes form through the user's fingers. Whatever they pull in is destroyed at the atomic level, and matter is not the only thing consumed, since certain forms of energy including light get swallowed as well. In a fight, Thirteen can turn the suction into a leash, dragging opponents toward her so they cannot slip out of her range. The black substance coating her hands and forearms is probably a consequence of holding the Quirk at all.

The danger cuts both ways. Nothing about the power is gentle, and left unregulated it can kill or wreck everything nearby. When a target gets caught with no exit, Thirteen has to shut it down rather than obliterate them, which hands her opponent an opening, and that restriction makes it a poor fit for close quarters. She carries no immunity either: caught in her own suction, she disintegrates like anything else, so every activation carries risk. Enemies who can redirect the pull, as Kurogiri does with Warp Gate, turn that risk against her. Brief exposure is survivable, though anyone who lives through it is left in critical condition. Because her Quirk Factor sits in her fingers, losing those limbs would cost her the ability outright.

Thirteen is the only holder, and rescue work is where the Quirk earns its keep, clearing wreckage from disaster sites. Reducing debris to atoms means there is nothing left to haul away afterward, which speeds the whole cleanup considerably. Her specialization cuts the other way in battle: despite the raw strength on offer, she has little practice weaponizing it, so she treats it strictly as a way to stop enemies from slipping off, cutting it off the instant a target drifts near the disintegration range even when that choice costs her.

She does bring it to the Final War, riding Ryo Inui, the hero Hound Dog, into the fight beside the heroes once All For One had taken over Tomura's body. With a purple energy blast about to launch, she hauled him in and shut the attack down.
