Mechanics

Every strand on the user's head answers to them, both in how far it grows and in how it moves. The hair itself is unusually tough, shrugging off harm to the point that damaging it does not appear to be possible at all.

Tangling is the recurring nuisance, and it irritates Nagamasa when it happens. Whether his consistently hairy look means the Quirk is switched on or is simply how he looks naturally has never been established.
