Overview
Quad Arms is a Mutant Quirk with close range, belonging to the Pro Hero Fourth Kind. It appears in Chapter 48 and in Episode 27, with the volume 6 omake confirming the particulars. The sum total of the ability is one extra set of arms on the user's body.
Mechanics
Nothing has to be switched on, since the additional limbs are simply part of Fourth Kind. In practice they let him juggle several objects simultaneously and hand him a real edge in the hand-to-hand combat he specializes in.

Fourth Kind is the known holder. Extra Arms is identical in effect. Two others sit nearby: Body Morph, and Playtime, which comes out of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes and has only ever been seen while its user is dosed on Trigger.
