She whirls him at blistering speed and drives him into the earth, but his grip refuses to break. Rattled, Tatsumaki accuses him of being smitten with her, and Saitama flatly replies that he only wants to stop her from flying off to wreck more houses before he lets go. Grudgingly conceding that his strength is respectable, she ramps up her power and spins a towering tornado.
Within the association, the Tsukuyomi operative, now identified as Apollo, tunnels out from underground after breaking free of the stone Tatsumaki had trapped him in. He and his partner make their exit by car, and Apollo swears he will get even with Tatsumaki before speeding away.
