Overview
This heavy electric assault belongs to Sailor Jupiter and turns up across nearly every branch of the franchise: the manga, the original anime, the Sera Myu productions, Crystal, and a handful of video games. In the reprinted manga, small blossoms could be seen tumbling through the current alongside the bolts.
Mechanics
Jupiter presses her palms together and casts out white streaks of electricity that gather into a wide rotating disc aimed at whoever stands in her way. The anime version draws the charge up through her tiara, though on plenty of outings she skipped raising its antenna entirely. Her later upgrades split by medium: Jupiter Coconut Cyclone in the print and Crystal lines, Jupiter Oak Evolution in the anime. Early Crystal episodes tinted the lightning green, while season three switched to white bolts styled after the classic animation.

Sailor Jupiter is the only wielder. She first loosed it on Berthier in Act 16, then again on Petz shortly after; the anime debut came in episode 65, once more against Petz. Notably, she brought down a daimon single-handed with it in the S series, the lone Inner Guardian to manage such a feat. English dubs renamed it repeatedly, from DiC's Jupiter Thunderclap Zap to Cloverway's Supreme Thunder Crash before the correct title stuck, and one manga printing garbled it as Spark Ring Wide Pressure before a fix.
