This Paramecia power treats the earth as soft, pliable material that the user can move and sculpt at a touch. Morley, a member of the Revolutionary Army, ate it, making this the first named canon fruit consumed by a giant. The name derives from oshi, meaning push or pressure, rooted in the verb osu, to push. Its existence had been teased far earlier, when Ivankov once mentioned a Devil Fruit handy for digging.

By pressing against the ground, the user reshapes it however they wish, working across soft soil, hard stone, and even crafted surfaces like brick and paving. That makes the fruit offensively useful, since it strikes directly at an enemy's footing, for instance hurling a slab of street up at a foe. The power can also be channeled through a held object, letting the user grip the earth by driving a weapon into it. Beyond combat, it allows tunneling by shoving the ground aside, and unlike ordinary digging the displaced earth seems to hold in place, shielding the user from cave-ins, which makes it excellent for infiltration. No weaknesses are known apart from the standard Devil Fruit vulnerabilities.

Morley is the sole user. She frequently travels through the ground unseen, arriving to confront the Peachbeard Pirates that way and slipping into Mary Geoise by boring through the Red Line. Her tunnels also aid fellow revolutionaries by forming concealed underground meeting rooms, and over a century ago she carved the elaborate passages between Levels 5 and 6 of Impel Down that Ivankov later used as the hideout known as Level 5.5. The power resembles Pica's Ishi Ishi no Mi in reshaping the ground and Senor Pink's Sui Sui no Mi in moving freely through it.
