Featured in the thirteenth film, One Piece Film: Gold, this Paramecia is not part of the canon. A single touch lets the eater siphon away someone else's luck, swinging them toward catastrophe while the user grows correspondingly fortunate. Its owner is Baccarat, a croupier at Gild Tesoro's floating casino. The name comes from the Japanese pronunciation of the word lucky, and the Funimation release calls it the Luck-Luck Fruit.

Baccarat used it to ruin gamblers, sinking them into debts that forced them into Tesoro's service.

Brushing against a person robs them of their luck until misfortune piles onto them in rapid succession, and because the contact looks perfectly ordinary, the user can do it without arousing suspicion. Once enough luck has been hoarded, the wielder becomes practically invincible, since every attempt to harm them collapses into failure, and trivial acts like tossing a coin spiral into disasters that strike their enemies instead.

The catch is that the effect is temporary. Victims such as Luffy and Sanji eventually shook it off, meaning stolen luck can run dry, either as time lets it drift back to its owners or as the user spends it all on chance events. Crucially, the wielder has no say over what the luck is spent on and may burn it without noticing, which is exactly how Baccarat fell. The standard Devil Fruit weaknesses apply otherwise.

Baccarat is the only eater. Before a fight she stockpiles luck by touching people, then enters combat nearly impossible to hit, turning a flicked coin into a chain of calamities for her foes. Her downfall came from overconfidence. So sure of her power that she never bothered dodging, she quietly exhausted all her stolen luck and was defeated once it gave out.
