This incarnation of Giorno Giovanna appears in the JORGE JOESTAR light novel, inhabiting the 37th universe as the boss of Passione. A Stand user who still commands Gold Experience Requiem, he becomes a key ally and hires the detective Joji Joestar to track down the man behind his own organization.
Much like the version he is drawn from, this Giorno keeps his golden hair, the three oversized curls arranged above his forehead, and his familiar suit.
The detective Jorge finds him unremarkable at first glance yet senses something more beneath, likening him to a world-class swimmer stranded on dry land. What convinces Jorge there is depth to the man is how he has bent hardened thugs such as Mista and Doppio into obedient subordinates.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Born Haruno Shiobana, he is a counterpart of the original Giorno pulled from an unknown universe who now runs Passione in the 37th. Before the events of 2012 he works alongside Dio and Antonio Torres to murder three Japanese detectives, among them Tsukumojuku Kato, staging the killings to look like the work of a foreigner. He still holds Gold Experience, though it goes unused, and relies chiefly on Gold Experience Requiem, the Stand with which he canceled his own death and somehow arrived in this world; it still lets him heal the wounded and even conjure a second self in the guise of Diavolo, so that he commits his sins under one identity while acting virtuous under another.
When Diavolo is killed, he transfers his soul into a hollow husk shaped like Antonio to pass as him, then hires the detective Joji Joestar, backed by Passione, to search for the killer. He later assists George Joestar after the two counterparts are swapped between universes, before meeting his end in 2012.
In the 37th Universe, this Giorno Giovanna carries both bloodlines: DIO is listed as his father while Jonathan Joestar, whose body DIO possessed, is his biological father, the same arrangement as his original counterpart.
