Sogliola Lopez, who also operates under the alias Seppia, is an ambitious Passione capo based in Venice. Introduced in the Golden Wind light novel, he schemes to wipe out Team Bucciarati as his ticket to promotion, only for the plan to fall apart when Fugo turns against him.
Sogliola is a calculating and ambitious operator. Frustrated at being passed over for promotion because his Stand carries little combat value, he treats the order to execute Bucciarati's group as his chance to climb the ranks and finally escape Venice. He is methodical enough to build an intricate scheme and careful enough to run a separate identity, Seppia, which he uses to mislead the police and quietly tighten his grip on the city's smuggling.
Sogliola wields the Stand Joy Division. The organization regards his power as neither strong nor particularly useful, which is why it keeps denying him any promotion in rank. That slight fuels much of his desperation to prove himself worthy of a higher position.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Everything shifts when the Boss personally emails Sogliola with instructions to eliminate Bucciarati's crew. Seizing the opening, he talks Pannacotta Fugo into assisting him, dangling a full pardon from the gang as the reward, then assembles a flawless-looking operation that brings in the Stand-user killer Rigatoni and exploits Coniglio's healing Stand, The Cure. Fugo, however, is merely pretending to obey in order to shield his former friends. Once the double-cross surfaces and Team Bucciarati closes in, Sogliola attempts to flee but is cut down by Bruno Bucciarati's Sticky Fingers.
