Highway Go Go, Part 2

Fleeing Highway Star, Josuke calls Koichi to identify the Stand's owner, trading a payphone for a stolen cellphone once he learns the enemy can teleport. Koichi recalls a drunk-driving crash in the same tunnel, and Josuke concludes the injured driver must be the user, speeding his own recovery by feeding on others. Josuke heads for the hospital while dodging Highway Star through a string of tricks, as Yoshihiro marvels that even a crippled victim can wield so useful a Stand.

Barred by visiting hours, Koichi uses Echoes ACT 3 to topple costly medicine bottles and pressure the administrator into naming Yuya Fungami in Room 525. Josuke crashes in and rushes the elevator with Highway Star close behind; since ACT 3 can pin only one foot at a time, the Stand catches up and drains him. Even so, Josuke reaches the room to find Yuya being pampered by three fangirls.

Yuya shows off his sharpened sense of smell until he realizes the angry newcomer is Josuke, who has been drinking from Yuya's IV to recover. Josuke reveals that Crazy Diamond can now punch faster than Highway Star runs and forces Yuya to free Rohan. After the fangirls call it cowardly to hit an invalid, Josuke reveals he already healed Yuya, then thrashes him and dumps him in the fountain outside. He also mends Rohan, who grumbles he would rather have died, while Shinobu finds a stray cat in her basement.

Josuke identifies Yuya Fungami as Highway Star's user and defeats him, ending the Stand's threat and settling his feud with Rohan. The closing scene introduces the stray British Blue cat that wanders into the Kawajiri basement, setting up the next episode.

Adapting Chapter 387 through Chapter 391, the episode aired October 14, 2016 with the opening Great Days. The localized title becomes Highway Go Go, Part 2 to match the renamed Stand. Added scenes show Josuke healing Rohan with Jotaro present and Koichi walking his dog, both only narrated in the manga, along with Shinobu discovering the cat.
