Kokun is a minor antagonist, a soldier once attached to the curse user faction Q. Tasked with killing the vessel destined to merge with Tengen, he was quickly overpowered by Suguru Geto, and after Q dissolved his ultimate fate was left uncertain.
Lean and tall, Kokun wears a buzzcut and triangular brows. A mask hides his nose and mouth, while a white breton cap, dark-brimmed and bearing a frontal Q, sits atop his head. Over a dark button-down shirt with a green tie he sports a double-breasted suit whose cape connects at the cuffs to the sleeve ends, and he rounds out the look with a dark waist belt plus white trousers and boots.
Kokun's inner makeup is largely a blank, yet a streak of cruelty surfaces plainly: he hurls Riko, knocked out cold, from a rooftop and lets her fall to her death. Beyond that, he appears to trust his organization deeply and to place special faith in his comrade Bayer.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
What Kokun can actually do as a curse user is never spelled out. Sent with Bayer to the place where Riko, the vessel meant to fuse with Tengen, was held, he broke in and cast her down to her death, jeering that Tengen was to blame for her fate. He soon noticed that Suguru Geto had pulled her to safety, and on identifying him as a Curse Technical College student, he demanded the girl or Geto's life. Geto declined, so Kokun lunged at him and was snared at once by a single cursed spirit. Boasting that Q's mightier soldier Bayer would finish them, he was undercut when Geto showed that Satoru Gojo had already crushed Bayer. The faction broke apart in the aftermath, and whatever happened to Kokun stays unknown, though it is hinted he may not have survived.
