Niji Ebina

Heavily muscled, Ebina has a startling face stripped of both lips and eyelids, leaving his blue eyes permanently bulging and his gums and teeth always bared. His pale brown hair sits in a bowl cut largely hidden beneath a green, chameleon-like curse that doubles as headwear. He goes shirtless, dressed only in black jeans held by a black belt and brown shoes.

Little is documented about who Ebina really was. His choice to back Kenjaku's scheme to seal Satoru Gojo points to a dubious moral compass at best. He approached the job of killing Mei Mei with eagerness, only to crumble into terror once she dispatched him with ease. Mei Mei concluded that his downfall stemmed from his failure to grasp the value of life, a striking flaw for a serial killer.

Sensing his cursed energy from a distance, Mei Mei and Yuji Itadori reckoned him stronger than Ko-Guy and informally placed him near semi-grade 1. That estimate counted for nothing against the grade 1 sorcerer Mei Mei, who beat him down without even resorting to her cursed technique. Ebina kept a small bulldog-like curse leashed by a chain around his wrist, but Mei Mei defeated it too, and Ui Ui mockingly used it as a chair before it was fully exorcised.
