Appearance

A well-figured young woman, Remi is attractive enough that people let their guard slip around her. Long black hair frames her face with fringed bangs, and her lengthy ponytail, after her cursed technique awakened, appears to curve into a form much like the tail of a scorpion. Her large, light-colored eyes are set off by long lashes, and she dresses in a sleeveless maroon gown that falls to the floor.

Personality

Deceitful and out for herself, Remi keeps up an act in order to manipulate the people around her for her own gain. She knows full well that her beauty can lower a person's guard, and she leans on it at every chance to make others do as she wishes. The first time their paths crossed, inside the Tokyo No. 1 Colony, she attacked Megumi, then brazenly demanded to know why he had knocked her down, resisting his questions and grating on him through the contrast in their natures. She would only work with him if he became her knight, a deception designed to walk the rival sorcerer straight into a trap; Megumi traded help for information yet declined the role, which earned him her complaint that he was no fun. Warned that dishonesty would get her eliminated, she introduced herself with malicious scorn, every intention of betraying him intact.

Her confidence rested on the man she counted as her genuine knight, Reggie Star, whom she misplaced all her faith in. She truly thought he would keep her safe so long as she performed, blind to how plainly he intended to cash her in for points, and only Megumi's clear strength made her realize she might be in trouble. When Iori Hazenoki's explosions caught her along with Megumi, it became plain that Reggie's group had no care for protecting her. Deep in denial, she lashed out at Megumi anyway, swearing she would stop only if he promised to protect her and said he liked her the way Reggie had; Megumi refused and called her trash who prized words over actual deeds. As she retreated she lamented that she had never figured out how an adult is supposed to cope, since charming men had always solved her problems, settling her bills and seeing her cared for simply because she was cute, which let her believe she never had to think for herself, the exact habit behind her ruinous faith in Reggie.

Abilities

Remi has next to no real fighting ability and leans on others to keep her safe, easily overpowered by Megumi and most likely floored by a single strike when she first attacked him. Megumi noted she was weak and a poor fit among Reggie's strong band of sorcerers, and her efforts to help ambush him came to nothing, as he brushed aside her attempt to sting him with her hair and again threw her to the ground. Her lone unnamed technique, Scorpion Hair, lets her direct her scorpion-tail-like hair against enemies, though the blows do little, and a sting from it left Megumi only mildly irritated. While fleeing the hotel she crossed paths with the Divine Dog: Totality Megumi had dispatched to kill her, surviving only because Tsumiki's voice halted him from finishing the order. Later, during the small hours of November 14th, the United States military caught her by surprise and took her captive in the bedroom where she had taken cover, and she grasped that the soldiers were no sorcerers just before she blacked out.
