Takeda

Takeda is an older gentleman whose grey hair is parted down the center, and he wears glasses. His attire is workmanlike, consisting of a blue jumpsuit worn over a collared shirt, fitting his role on the school staff.

Warm and conscientious in his work, Takeda takes his duties as a faculty member seriously and keeps the students in mind, remembering most of them and showing each the same courtesy. Despite Megumi's history of causing trouble during his school days, Takeda greeted his return years later with genuine gladness.

Takeda crosses paths with first-years Yuji Itadori, Nobara Kugisaki, and Megumi Fushiguro, initially assuming the trio had come to cause mischief on campus. Akari Nitta intervenes to explain that the group holds a permit to be there and presses Takeda with questions about the victims. He notes that junior high students were in the habit of proving their nerve by bungee jumping off Yasohachi Bridge, a detail that leads the sorcerers to suspect a cursed spirit lay behind the deaths. He then turns to Megumi to ask after his sister Tsumiki Fushiguro, and Megumi assures him she is doing well.
