A thousand transfigured humans pour onto the Fukutoshin platform, slaughtering civilians beside the special grade cursed spirits before Satoru's very eyes. Driven to the edge of how many lives he is prepared to give up, the strongest jujutsu sorcerer is compelled to make a hard choice.

Transfigured humans surge from the train and attack everyone indiscriminately as civilians scatter in terror. Satoru watches in dismay, doubting that reducing the human count actually benefits his enemies. Mahito rides a serpentine transfigured human straight at him and throws a punch the Infinity blocks, which delights the spirit who has heard of the ability; Satoru identifies him as the patch-face curse described by Yuji and Nanami. Forced back but still grinning, Mahito remarks on how numerous humans are, and the roots sealing the atrium between the fourth and fifth floors vanish, dropping hundreds more people through, evidence that curses or curse users above are funneling everyone down.

Choso and Mahito fire their innate techniques at once, Supernova and Body Repel, wiping out the crowd nearest Satoru; Jogo strikes from overhead, loses an arm to Satoru's grab, but severs it and escapes. Mahito understands Gojo, unlike Yuji, will accept some sacrifices for the greater good, yet the soaring casualties are testing even that resolve. Jogo expects the only recourse to be Domain Expansion, though Unlimited Void would kill everyone present; the curses intend to make Gojo agonize over countermeasures. Instead, Satoru abruptly activates an all-or-nothing Domain Expansion lasting 0.2 seconds, an estimate of how long non-sorcerers could endure it without lasting harm, flooding every brain with half a year of information and immobilizing them. Focusing solely on the transfigured humans to avoid awakening the special grades, he annihilates roughly a thousand of them in under three hundred seconds after the domain ends. Then he notices a sealed box beside him too late, and Geto activates Prison Realm.

This Shibuya Incident Arc chapter ran in issue 4-5 of 2020 and opened Volume 11. It adapts to Episode 33 and continues the Satoru Gojo versus Mahito's Group battle. Featured techniques include Unlimited Void, Body Repel, Supernova, Convergence, and Idle Transfiguration.
