Appearance

A helmet seals his head completely, leaving only a narrow slot at the eyes, which is where the name comes from. The body beneath runs to considerable height and heavy build, with arms out of all proportion to the rest of him. He dresses plainly otherwise, in a black tank top, trousers in a muddy green-brown, and brown shoes.

Personality

Almost nothing about him is established. What can be inferred comes from the company he keeps: signing on to storm a campus defended by U.A.'s teaching staff suggests he rates his own abilities highly.

History

He surfaces inside the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, one of the villains cornering Momo Yaoyorozu, Kyoka Jiro, and Denki Kaminari up in the Mountain Zone. Denki is busy complaining that his power is doing him no good when Hard Head goes for him, and Kyoka solves the problem by kicking Denki into the attacker. The reflexive burst of Electrification that follows drops him where he stands. He is still there when the school's teachers arrive, and he is taken into custody.

His Quirk, Muscle Expansion, swells and reinforces his musculature for a sharp gain in raw strength, and he fights entirely up close. He is graded an F-rank villain and remains imprisoned.
