Muscle Man ranks among the F-tier criminals Tomura Shigaraki gathered for the League of Villains raid on the Unforeseen Simulation Joint. Masked and heavily built, he lasts only moments against Eraser Head before being swept aside, and the Pro Heroes haul him off to prison once reinforcements arrive.
A featureless mask seals off everything above his collar, leaving only the shape of dark brown hair spiking upward behind it. The rest of him lives up to the name he was given: heavy through the chest and shoulders, tanned arms left bare by a plain green tee. Loose denim and brown shoes finish an otherwise unremarkable outfit.
Almost nothing of his character reaches the page. What can be drawn from his choices is nerve. He signed on for an operation aimed squarely at the faculty of U.A. High School, which suggests he rates his own power highly.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Shigaraki's recruitment drive pulled in roughly seventy criminals for the U.S.J. attack, and Muscle Man walked in among them. Eraser Head planted himself between the invaders and the students, and while the hero was occupied with Steel Bulwark, Muscle Man swung at his back. Eraser Head ducked under the punch, kicked him clear, then used the Capturing Weapon to fling Steel Bulwark down on top of him. Four villains went down in that single exchange, and arrest followed once the Pro Heroes reached the facility.
His Quirk, Charging Muscles, banks power inside his muscle tissue so that a strike lands with far greater force than it should. Push the charge too far and the recoil is severe soreness through the body.
The villain name itself surfaces only in My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero.
Muscle Man is not a particularly strong villain; he holds only an F-rank among the criminals Tomura Shigaraki recruited for the attack on the Unforeseen Simulation Joint. His Quirk, Charging Muscles, lets a strike land with unusual force, but he was defeated within moments by Eraser Head.
