Saiko Intelli drinks tea, closes her eyes, and her intellect climbs. A second year from Seiai Academy and an anime original, she nearly dismantled four U.A. students at the Provisional Hero License Exam with a plan that accounted for everything except why people come back for their friends.
A gold monocle rides her left eye and sets her apart from every other student at Seiai, a small jewel in her eye color dangling from its chain. Her eyes themselves are thin and faintly feline, heavy with upper lashes and a few longer ones flicking out at the far corners, the irises a bluish lilac. Her hair falls straight to the waist in a hime cut, neat fringe and two ear-length clumps framing a pale face, its color hovering somewhere between pale gray, lavender, and baby blue. Her height is unremarkable.
The rest is her school uniform: a double-breasted white blazer, high in the collar, trimmed in gold and cut to fall midway down her thighs, its elbow-length sleeves ending in wide cuffs of pale blue, a large bow in pink at her throat, a long-sleeved shirt in dark blue with matching dress pants, white gloves and boots, and a white beret trimmed in black at the base that carries an insignia in royal red and yellow.
Saiko thinks a great deal of herself. She was flatly confident that her Quirk would let her class dispatch Kyoka Jiro, Mezo Shoji, Tsuyu Asui, and Momo Yaoyorozu at the exam. Her classmates respect her regardless, and she slides naturally into leading them.
Her blind spot sits opposite her intelligence. Emotional reasoning does not compute for her: she could not work out why Tsuyu, Mezo, and Kyoka would double back for Momo when their friend had probably been eliminated already and self-preservation was the logical move. Losing gracefully seems to have taught her something, an acknowledgment that not everyone runs on cold logic and self-interest.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Her Quirk, IQ, temporarily raises her intellect once she drinks tea and shuts her eyes, and how far it climbs depends on the brand in the cup. Her baseline is already 150 without it. During the exam she set up with her class inside one of the arena buildings, took an English high tea, had a classmate show her holographic footage of the Class 1-A students closing in, and built her plan around both.
Execution came in stages. Her classmates opened by blasting loud music at a wall Kyoka had jacked into with her Earphone Jack, injuring her. They sealed the four into a corridor, welding shut the metal doors and shattering the windows into opacity. Then they ran the air conditioning down until the cold sent Tsuyu into hibernation, forcing Momo to spend her finite lipid reserves creating a blanket. The real target, Saiko revealed, was never the students but their Quirks, and Momo's Creation was the one variable her plan could not model, so it had to be drained.
Momo saw it coming. She built a large speaker, Kyoka drove a high-frequency blast through the door at volume, and Saiko's classmates went down. Saiko waited behind the door, dragged Momo back into the hallway, and locked it. The brief fight ended when Mezo kicked the door in and the students restrained her. That they had returned for Momo at all surprised her, and she took the defeat without complaint.
Saiko Intelli is a second-year student at Seiai Academy and an anime-original character who nearly defeated four U.A. students at the Provisional Hero License Exam using her intellect-boosting Quirk.
Saiko Intelli's Quirk is called IQ, which temporarily raises her intelligence once she drinks tea and closes her eyes, with the boost's strength depending on the tea brand; her baseline IQ is already 150 without it.
Saiko Intelli's name in Japanese is written Interi Saiko, and the series does not give her any different birth name beyond this.
Saiko Intelli's class sealed Kyoka Jiro, Mezo Shoji, Tsuyu Asui, and Momo Yaoyorozu into a corridor, drove the temperature down to force Tsuyu into hibernation, and aimed to drain Momo's Creation Quirk by making her spend her lipid reserves on a blanket.
Saiko Intelli underestimated that Kyoka Jiro, Mezo Shoji, and Tsuyu Asui would return for Momo Yaoyorozu out of loyalty rather than self-interest, and Momo used a giant speaker with Kyoka's Earphone Jack to blast Saiko's classmates unconscious before they were restrained.
