Tech Villain

Character

Wolfram's crew brought muscle to I-Island, but the takeover ran on one man's keyboard. The Tech Villain seized the Central Tower's systems and turned the safest place on earth against everyone standing in it, then spent the rest of the night discovering that hacking is no help once All Might arrives.

Quirk: Unknown
Status: Imprisoned
Occupation: Villain
First Appearance (Movie): My Hero Academia: Two Heroes
Agency & Affiliations: Wolfram

Appearance

Shaggy white hair falls to a considerable length on this one, with a section of it draped over his left eye. Over the right eye sits a scope built into his headgear, close enough to a monocle in shape. His skin is pale and his height runs above average.

His clothing matches the rest of Wolfram's people: a black combat suit worn with a mask that covers the whole face, marked across the front with a lighter X.

Personality

Little of him comes through beyond a blunt professionalism. He wants the job finished and says so, to the point of issuing instructions to Swordkil, who outranks him and does not appreciate it.

The composure is thinner than it looks. He shrieked when Izuku Midoriya came at him, and he locked up completely the moment All Might appeared alongside the helicopter he was riding in.

History

He slips onto I-Island with the rest of Wolfram's men, helps restrain the guards, and settles into the Central Tower control room, where his real value shows. The island's own security answers to him, and he aims it at the civilians, the tourists, and the Pro Heroes attending the expo. He never once looks strained by the machinery he has stolen, which is why Wolfram trusts him with it.

After the reception party is disrupted, he watches Swordkil bring in David Shield and Samuel Abraham, orders them sent to the vault, and gets overruled. Word arrives that students are climbing the tower, and he tracks their progress with Swordkil while the countermeasures fail one after another. When Izuku and Melissa arrive on the uppermost floor he plants himself beside Wolfram, smirking through David's confession and Samuel's attempt to defect. Wolfram shoots Samuel, David takes the second bullet, and Izuku tears loose.

His own contribution to the fight is grabbing at Melissa as she runs, which is telling: he never considers taking on Izuku in Full Cowl, but a Quirkless girl seems manageable. Izuku stops him anyway, and Wolfram covers the retreat to the roof with David in hand, valuing the hacker enough to shield him personally. The chopper carries them off once Izuku is knocked loose, then All Might plucks David out of it and tears the aircraft apart in midair. The Tech Villain lives through the explosion, knocked out rather than killed, and is recorded afterward as imprisoned.
