Doctor Kyudai Garaki kept a handful of intelligent High-End Nomu sleeping beneath Jaku General Hospital, and Woman is the one who wakes up talking. She is the only female High-End the story ever names, and she spends her brief activation dissecting the heroes' Quirks while trying to tear them apart.
Unlike her fellow Nomu, she carried a recognizably feminine build, breasts and curves included, with a patch of hair left at the rear of her skull. The exposed brain marked her as Garaki's work, and the scalp peeled back from it stayed rooted at the nape, hanging there as a fin of loose skin; matching flaps trailed from the back of both elbows. Stitching ringed her legs, and a row of vertebrae pushed visibly through the skin of her back in the same way Hood's did.
Her face read as mouthless, though the mouth was simply folded away inside her chin when shut. Opened, it revealed two ranks of long, jagged teeth.
Her first coherent impulse on waking was slaughter, and she announced it, urging the other High-Ends to cut loose against the Heroes. Stabilization sharpened her rather than calming her down.
Within minutes she was speaking in clean sentences, cataloguing what she was up against, and running deliberate experiments on the abilities pointed at her. That is how she worked out what Eraser Head's Erasure did and precisely where its edges were.
Garaki selected her because she had been a villain with an appetite for combat, exactly the temperament he wanted in a High-End. When Mirko crashed into the underground lab and killed Johnny, cutting off the doctor's escape route, he woke five High-Ends early to buy time while he tended to Tomura Shigaraki. Woman fell into the role of impromptu ringleader and declared her intent to kill the pro heroine. None of them had stabilized properly, and Mirko drove them back, killing one outright.
Noticing her Quirks kept switching off, she worked through every hero present until she landed on Eraser Head and understood that his gaze was doing it. Slipping out of his sightline restored her powers, and she relished the clear, amazing feeling of having them back before fusing Liquification and Rupture into an attack that stalled the hero advance, wounded Eraser Head, and pulled Endeavor off her teammate Ribby long enough for him to spear Mirko again, hoping to finish her before she reached Tomura's pod. Super Regeneration let her shrug off damage, Liquification melted her body down for rapid repositioning and dodging, and Rupture detonated pieces of her at will. Speed and agility made her a miserable target, and X-Less' Laser never touched her.
Her run ended while she tried to catch Endeavor off guard as he guarded a wounded Mirko. Present Mic and X-Less captured Tomura and Garaki, the high-ranking Heroes pinned her down, and Endeavor burned her head off while it was vulnerable, giving regeneration nothing to work with. Her body was still lying there when Tomura's Decay swallowed the hospital.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
