Air Force Gloves

A blue-seamed band, bolted in yellow and built in two layers, wraps the wrist of each glove. The rest of the piece is white, the palms are green, and small yellow sights ride over the knuckles.

Mei Hatsume already had the things lying around, one of many prototypes left over from her tinkering at U.A. High School. Izuku Midoriya came to her asking for a costume upgrade, back when he still had not pushed One For All past twenty percent, and she rebuilt the existing units to what he described. She tuned them to run in tandem with the Iron Soles so they would reinforce his Full Cowl - Shoot Style.

All Might had already shown Izuku how to turn his Quirk into a concussive gust, striking at range by snapping the air itself. Aim was the missing piece, and that is the problem the gloves solve.

Every time a finger flicks, the outer layer at the wrist jolts ahead and channels the pressure onto a single point. The knuckle sights handle the same duty when Izuku wants smaller shots instead. He can loose four of them in a row without paying for it, which is a sharp reversal from his match with Shoto Todoroki, where the identical trick left several fingers broken.

Izuku Midoriya is the sole wearer, and the gloves are often seen fitted together with his Mid-Gauntlets into a single arm rig.

They did not survive the war. Fighting Tomura Shigaraki during the Paranormal Liberation War destroyed the gloves outright, taking the arm bracers with them. Mei later built Izuku a fresh set that folded the wrecked Mid-Gauntlets into the same design.
