Search pits the number one hero against a villain who now holds an entire stolen collection. Endeavor's inferno cannot hold Tomura Shigaraki, a voice tells him what he is missing, and a Quirk taken from Ragdoll puts Izuku Midoriya on the map.
Endeavor opens with an Ultimate Move called Hell's Curtain, sealing Tomura inside an inferno he insists has no exit, intending for now to incapacitate rather than kill. Tomura reaches for him anyway and Endeavor bends backward away from the hand, startled that heat which should immobilize anyone without tolerance has not slowed him at all. The answer is Super Regeneration working at absurd speed. Endeavor radios for any hero able to move without touching the ground to ring the two of them.
He gets a grip on Tomura's arm and is blown far away by a burst of Air Cannon. Tomura understands that every Quirk All For One gathered now belongs to him, the power feeling as though he was born holding it, and he recalls what Garaki told him before the surgery while pocketing a few salvaged Quirk-Destroying Drugs. Something is still missing, though, something he feels he ought to own: One For All. Endeavor is close enough to hear the words. Burnin radios that she is on her way, Deku overhears and gets a sinking feeling, and Tomura pinpoints his position with Search, the Quirk stolen from Ragdoll of the Wild, Wild Pussycats.
Burnin orders students and civilians out alongside the heroes as Deku calls after her. Tomura leaps and sets off toward him. Deku looks over everyone around him and starts moving to meet the villain. Katsuki falls in, pointing out that the rest of them have Deku covered, since heroism amounts to shielding everybody. Deku insists civilian safety comes first, and Katsuki counters that there is no telling whether Tomura is really headed here, so moving is necessary regardless. Telling Shoto and Uravity he forgot something, Deku slips away with Katsuki, reasoning that Tomura cannot see anyone from up there but may find him anyway. On a private channel he tells Endeavor his suspicion and admits he doubts he can lure the villain somewhere empty, while Katsuki swears he will crush him.
The two open their duel, and Endeavor introduces an Ultimate Move called Hell's Curtain.
Tomura draws on All For One at last, letting Super Regeneration outpace the burns, and proves the whole of his master's hoard now answers to him.
He salvages a handful of the Quirk-erasing serum and pockets it.
Prompted by a voice inside his skull to claim One For All, he fixes Deku's position through Search and sets off after him.
The name One For All reaches Endeavor's ears, a first for him.
Funkman is confirmed among the dead.
Deku and Katsuki make for empty ground, hoping to pull the villain off the evacuation route.

Endeavor and Tomura share the cover, and the fighting stays in Jaku City around the hospital.
A single panel gives Tomura's left hand a full set of fingers along with the brace he ordinarily wears there, a mistake the anime corrected.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
