Summary

On Okuto Island, Himiko lunges for Froppy's blind spot and finds Uravity and a cluster of heroes waiting. Uravity has reasoned it through: misdirection that thorough has a ceiling on how many people it can fool at once, so four watchers plus a sensor-type hero stay locked on her at all times.

Gang Orca, working the Near High-End Nomu, learns it has no Super Regeneration, and with nearly every other villain in custody the creature becomes the next target. Himiko draws the same conclusion from the other side: fewer villains left standing means fewer places to hide. Twice's blood buys her thirty to forty minutes as him, but spending it now strands the Sad Man's Parade on the island with nowhere to go.

She calls it finished for her, then produces a vial from her pouch, says she will put her faith in Spinner, and raises it. Froppy spots the vial, cannot tell whether it holds All For One's blood, Tomura's, or someone else's, and swats it away. It was bait. The vial was a lure chemical, and the Near High-End rounds on Himiko instantly.

The Nomu fires, and when the dust clears Uravity sees Froppy pinned by a second Froppy, who tips the real vial of Twice's blood down her throat. Himiko becomes Twice and starts producing Doubles, and a warp gate irises open above her. Kurogiri steps through saying he must save Tomura and the others, and asks what she wants. Extermination, she says, starting with Hawks, so send her there. Uravity's whips lash out to hold her and the Doubles and get slapped aside as they file into the portal. She shouts that they never got to talk about love; Himiko pauses, then answers that she wishes they could have, and steps through.

At the Gunga Mountain Ruins, Hawks works out that Himiko used Twice's blood and cannot understand where she kept a supply, having believed he settled that, until Dabi becomes the obvious answer. He attacks and is told he is late as Infinite Doubles: Sad Man's Parade floods the battlefield, leaving Shemage rattled. The gate is nearly shut when Uravity and Froppy squeeze through behind them, Uravity declaring she will not lose track of Himiko again.

Its anime coverage is split, with pages one through thirteen in Episode 153 and the final two pages carrying into Episode 154.

Gunga's battlefield, with the Sad Man's Parade going live across it, resolves into a skull-like face on the page. Horikoshi's author comment mourns a broken mechanical pencil, thanking the Regalia 500 and greeting the Regalia M.
