Chapter 391

Chanting for every hero's death, the Twice Doubles thicken across the battlefield. Pixie-Bob's Earth Flow cannot slow them, and she and the rest are swallowed by the Sad Man's Death Parade as Himiko Toga keeps copying herself. Nobody knows how much blood is left to fuel Transform, and it hardly matters, since one stumble lets the tide take them all. On the fringes, the wounded Todoroki family, Ingenium and Hawks feel the swarm growing.

Uravity breaks out of the crush and climbs toward Himiko herself, perched at the swarm's peak, quietly wondering whether Dabi is dead and whether she has lost someone all over again. A wire catches Himiko's arm and Spacewalk swings Ochaco in. She admits the two of them have barely shared anything since the summer they met, but says her heart has changed.

Himiko repeats that it is too late. Ochaco answers that she knows about the crying, and knows why Twice's trick stays out of reach for her. Froppy had guessed her love simply never covered the other villains, but the tears told Ochaco otherwise, that bloodlust is mixed into the feeling and spoils it. The words land hard enough to expose part of Himiko's face, and she screams that Ochaco understands nothing about her, hauling someone up to prove it.

Himiko and the Doubles seize the advantage with Sad Man's Death Parade as the storm spills past the battlefield.

Uravity reaches Himiko and tells her that mixing bloodlust into her love is what keeps her from becoming Twice, which only enrages her.

Chapter 391 of My Hero Academia, by Kohei Horikoshi, arrived June 19, 2023 in issue 29 and sits in Volume 39, running nine magazine pages and eleven in the collected edition. Episode 158 adapts it.
