Yoruga

A childhood of hardship forged in Yoruga a devotion so complete that laying down his life for his siblings or their assignment never gives him pause. Because he understands suffering firsthand, he holds tight to whatever small joys come his way. He is the brightest and most relaxed of the brothers, forever revisiting warm memories and hungry to make new ones, and his love for family and homeland lets him meet death with an easy, untroubled air.

Yoruga's training, like that of his brothers, centers on Haze-Style kinjutsu. His own forbidden art sacrifices the caster to slip past defenses: it conjures a gate that passes through any barrier without notice. The tanto he keeps at his side points to some grounding in kenjutsu as well.

Orphaned young, Yoruga and his brothers are taken in by an orphanage in the poor little Land of Haze, where shared meals and long hours beneath a broad peach tree bind them together. As grown men they draw a mission to recover the cells of Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage, which have turned up for illicit sale somewhere within the Land of Silence. Posing as women, the brothers try to charm the cells' whereabouts out of Kirisaki, only for him to lose all interest the moment Boruto Uzumaki turns up wearing a female form of his own. Trailing Boruto's party, they discover Sakuya is holding the prize behind a castle's protective barrier. With no other route through, Yoruga gives his life, opening the way for his brothers with his kinjutsu, and begs Asaka and Hiruga to set his earring beneath the peach tree back home. His death hardens the survivors' resolve to see the mission done and to honor that last wish.
