The Cult

Boro combs through the debris of Victor's downed airship and gathers a few clues. Meanwhile, inside Kara's dimension, Sasuke studies the engraved walls and sets off a hologram of Kinshiki Ōtsutsuki. Boro rejoins his congregation and preaches that the Ōtsutsuki will deliver salvation through the Infinite Tsukuyomi, accusing the shinobi of the Five Great Shinobi Countries of murdering Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and lying about the dream's dangers. Sasuke finds further holograms of Kinshiki, Momoshiki, and Kaguya, and noticing that the carvings come in pairs, he reasons that Kaguya also arrived with a companion, which activates a hologram of Isshiki Ōtsutsuki. Boro brings questioning children to Inori, who backs his sermon, until her brother storms in, downing two cultists with Water Release in a bid to free her.

Inori refuses to leave. Boro boasts that a god granted him an indestructible body and offers her brother the chance to believe. The brother cuts Boro apart with Water Release, but the wound simply seals over, and the display convinces the watching children. Boro sends the youngsters off with Inori for new garments, then kills the still-skeptical brother with an outstretched hand. Studying his airship salvage, Boro muses over how Koji will account for himself. Elsewhere Boruto trains his shuriken skills and talks over Kawaki with Mitsuki, who urges caution regarding the little-understood Kāma. Sasuke, tracing distant roars, is stunned to find a bound Ten-Tails, then hides as Jigen teleports in. He watches Jigen drain chakra from the beast and sprout a horn matching the one from Kaguya's partner's hologram before withdrawing it and setting out to check on his two vessels. Heading home, Mitsuki asks what Boruto will do if the Kāma proves permanent, but Boruto stays untroubled and fixes his attention on beating Jigen.

Sasuke triggers holograms of Kinshiki, Momoshiki, Kaguya, and Isshiki, deducing that Kaguya arrived with a partner. Boro preaches Ōtsutsuki salvation and demonstrates his regenerative body against Inori's brother, whom he then kills. Sasuke discovers the restrained Ten-Tails, witnesses Jigen absorb its chakra and manifest a horn, and learns Jigen intends to visit his two vessels. Boruto resolves to focus on defeating Jigen regardless of whether his Kāma is permanent.
