Episode 329 of Naruto: Shippuden sees Naruto forge a true partnership with Kurama, earn the chakra of every tailed beast, and stand as the figure the Sage of the Six Paths once foretold on the front lines of the war.
Naruto tears away and shatters the chakra receiver piercing Son Goku, yet he is crushed to hear that the beast still cannot break loose. Before Tobi drags Son back into the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, the beast leaves a parting present. Determined to end the fight, Tobi drives the remaining jinchuriki into their complete tailed beast shapes. Kurama proposes handing over a larger share of its strength and grumbles when Naruto thanks it for the earlier stand against Madara. The two blend their chakra, and Naruto lets B and Gyuki know that plenty of reserve energy remains.
When Gyuki questions whether the fox and its host are actually working as one, Naruto declares Kurama a fellow villager of Konoha and swings open the sealing gates that once held it back. Charged with fresh power, he swats aside five Tailed Beast Balls launched at Guy and Kakashi, assumes a full beast form, and sends a clone to hunt for each captive beast's receiver. The enemy beasts combine a single massive ball, which Naruto answers with one of his own, driving both blasts skyward. Reaching through Kurama's chakra arms, his clones pull the receivers free, and the moment they make contact he is pulled into a shared mental space alongside every tailed beast and its jinchuriki. There the group trades names and recounts their prior conversation with Roshi and Son, and each beast offers Naruto a fragment of its chakra while Kurama looks back on parting words from the Sage of the Six Paths.
With the receivers gone, Kurama asks the others whether they too see Naruto as the one their old teacher predicted, and they all concur. His transformation fades and Tobi returns the freed beasts to the statue, insisting nothing has shifted, though Naruto counters that he now carries many hard to remember names. The episode's Tailed Beast Mode artwork adds an extra ring at the center of the seal marking. To smooth over anime continuity, both Utakata and Isobu receive an added line acknowledging that they had crossed paths with Naruto before.
