Ute Ute no Mi

Bad One Gracie is the sole owner of this non-canon Paramecia, which premiered in the One Piece Premier Show 2017 and lets its eater convert almost any object into a gun, earning the label Firing Human. The name takes ute, a Japanese command meaning shoot or open fire, most often heard around weapon use.

At its core the power reshapes nearby items into rifles or cannons, whether a saber, a mug for coffee, or a plain block of wood. After awakening, the reach widens to whole surfaces and terrain: walls, an entire island, and even the sea can all become weaponry. The cost is permanent, since the ability fuses the user's own hands into guns for good. Otherwise, the standard Devil Fruit vulnerabilities remain in force.

Gracie conjures guns and cannons to loose bursts of ammunition, and he has shown off the awakened state as well. His named attacks run to Great Rifle, where firearms rise from the sea to spray shots, Great Cannon, a heavy round fired out of a wall, and Great Four-Way Firing, an awakened bombardment that fills an area with cannons. The power sits close to a canon fruit, the Tsutsu Tsutsu no Mi, as well as the Buki Buki no Mi and Supa Supa no Mi, each of which brings weaponry into being.
