History
Arba joined Tokikake and three other women for a casual game of golf on Gild Tesoro's pleasure ship. Their round was interrupted when Luffy's Turtle Car came smashing onto the green, alarming the whole group. She watched in surprise as Luffy stretched his Devil Fruit body to launch the wrecked car back where it belonged. After Gild Tesoro's eventual downfall, she is presumed to have fled the ship along with the other guests.
