Arbell

Built to evoke a competitive figure skater, Arbell sports purple hair and a coat in a reddish orange shade trimmed with yellow at the sleeves and chest. She accessorizes with a red necklace and hoop earrings, and she wears lipstick.

Arbell shares a doting, openly affectionate bond with her husband Salchow, the two of them constantly trading declarations of love. That obsession came at a cost, though, since she neglected her younger sister Lil to the point that Lil grew to resent Salchow. After their father Accino was beaten, Arbell finally apologized to Lil and even stood up for her against Salchow, something she would normally never dare to do.

Skilled on the ice alongside Salchow, Arbell is a capable fighter who once hammered Sanji with a rapid flurry of kicks that he could only just block, then cracked the frozen ground into a wide fissure reminiscent of Crocodile's sand-blade technique rendered in ice. Her real strength lies in tandem attacks built around the pair circling foes at speed. Jump and Kick is a simple airborne strike either partner can land alone. In Love Throw, Salchow hoists and spins her at an inhuman rate before hurling her feet-first into the enemy for a skating spin kick. Their self-declared ultimate, the High Jump Dai Kaiten Ultra Love Throw, has the couple lock hands, spin furiously, and launch as a single wheel-like projectile, while Love Swing simply has him swing her by the arms to batter opponents with her blades.

In the field she and Salchow joined Hockera and Lil to confront the captured Thousand Sunny, only for Franky's Coup de Burst to send the ship sailing away. She later dueled Sanji and Usopp in an ice cavern, where a smitten Sanji kept trying to impress her until Usopp finally felled her with his Kabuto. Reunited with her husband, the couple unleashed their combos twice and trapped their foes in a circle scored into the ice before dropping them into penguin-filled water. When Luffy arrived in Lovely Land, Arbell fought him as well, but Nami stepped in and finished her with Thunderbolt Tempo.
