Lil

A young girl with purple hair matching that of her older sister Arbell, Lil keeps a yellow headband bearing the Accino Family's Jolly Roger. Her everyday outfit is a dress split into three pink panels edged in white, worn under a short white coat with a red bow tie. For colder conditions she switches to a fur-trimmed blue coat.

Calm and low-energy by nature, Lil rarely shows much exertion and leans hard on her childlike appearance to seem harmless. She took to calling Robin her big sister and openly admitted she disliked Salchow, her sister's husband, resenting how the marriage left Arbell with no time to play with her. Though she helps her family willingly, she knows to stay clear of her father when his temper flares. She also proves extremely ticklish, instantly giving up the location of the Straw Hats' flag the moment Robin tickled her.

Lil surfaced before the Straw Hats alongside Arbell, Salchow, and Hockera. When the crew scattered, she boarded the Thousand Sunny and asked Robin to play, addressing her as big sister and revealing her clan were bounty hunters. She tossed pellets that became flying fish, ferrying Nami and Franky to Lovely Land and bringing Robin to the family base. There she displayed the captives and led Robin toward her father's birthday celebration, though Don Accino's foul mood kept them out. Later, knowing Robin meant to leave once she recovered the flag, Lil lured her into a greenhouse with a lie, then had a flower seize her. Sanji and Usopp found Robin ensnared and tore through the plants until she was freed, and Robin in turn saved Lil from falling ice during the clash between Accino and Luffy, urging her to value her own family. Before the Accino Family's defeat, Lil returned the Jolly Roger by flying fish, and afterward Arbell apologized and pledged to spend more time with her. Her powers let her hurl capsules that release fish-birds and, in plant-rich surroundings, command vegetation, though the source of that ability is never explained.
