Biblo is an ancient giant owl who serves as chief librarian of Elbaph's Owl Library. Through a Devil Fruit power, it swells the human-sized books that enter its domain to a scale giants can read.
This enormous, elderly owl wears spectacles over weary eyes. Darker feathers cover most of its body, while the face, ears, and an alternating pattern across the chest stay lighter. Heavy ear tufts droop downward in a way that reads almost like a pair of bushy brows.
Very little has surfaced about what drives Biblo, which has mostly been seen roosting quietly in the library and giving the occasional hoot. Even Jaguar D. Saul professes to understand barely anything about the creature apart from the nature of its power.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
As the library's chief keeper, Biblo presides over all that happens within its walls. Lilith proposed that it had eaten the Iku Iku no Mi, a Paramecia fruit granting the ability to enlarge whatever crosses into its territory. Biblo turns this on the ordinary, human-scale books brought inside, blowing them up so that the giants of Elbaph can actually handle and read them.
Biblo is an ancient giant owl who serves as chief librarian of Elbaph's Owl Library. It has existed for hundreds of years and uses a Devil Fruit power to enlarge human sized books so the giants of Elbaph can read them.
Biblo is believed to have eaten the Iku Iku no Mi, a Paramecia Devil Fruit that enlarges whatever crosses into its territory. It uses this power on ordinary human scale books brought into the Owl Library.
Biblo is simply an owl by species rather than a Devil Fruit user transformed into one. Its Devil Fruit, the Iku Iku no Mi, instead grants an enlarging Paramecia power unrelated to being an owl.
When a human sized book enters the Owl Library, Biblo's Iku Iku no Mi power automatically swells it to a scale the giants of Elbaph can handle and read.
Before the Knights of God's forces set fire to the Owl Library, Biblo secretly gathered every book and hid them in a concealed chamber down an underground passage, where Jaguar D. Saul and Nico Robin later found both the owl and the rescued collection intact.
