Saul's Resolve - The Inherited Will of Ohara

Once Luffy and Lilith have offered proper introductions to Jaguar D. Saul, the crew scatters to explore separate corners of the giants' homeland. Robin is reunited with the scholarship of Ohara after learning that its rescued volumes now sit within the Owl Library, a discovery that visibly moves her. Elsewhere, Luffy and Usopp are told that the youngsters of Elbaph have stopped following the warrior's path, a change rooted in legislation handed down by the island's deceased ruler. While the visitors settle into their welcome, danger arrives unannounced when a pair of unknown figures breaches the empty halls of Aurust Castle.

Robin connects with the legacy of her drowned home through the Owl Library's holdings. The reason behind the giant children abandoning combat training is traced to a law set by the late king Harald. The two trespassers, later identified with the Knights of God, infiltrate the abandoned fortress. The installment also debuts a large cast of giant students, the Walrus School as a setting, and the Iku Iku no Mi as a Devil Fruit.

The adaptation expands several beats beyond the manga. Love arrows frame the Straw Hats' tears when Robin notes they intend to guard her for life, and Saul and Ange's rehearsed reunion is shown across three failed practice runs. Other added touches include Luffy, Zoro, and Usopp accidentally clambering over Ripley's sleeping body, and Robin flashing the same wide grin tied to Saul's laughter. The anime also swaps the staging of the Vegapunk clone vat, having Gerd set it down while a line confirms Jinbe's part, reversing the manga's emphasis.
